User Policies
Unlimited
Hour Accounts
Most PersonalLink accounts
receive unlimited attended hours per month. No line camping (leaving your
machine on-line while you do other tasks) is permitted except on accounts
with a dedicated connection.
All single-user accounts
may be accessed using one computer at a time. However, users may access their
accounts from any machine, i.e. users with a work and home machine may use
the same account from either. The account just can't be accessed by both machines
at the same time.
Limited
Hour Accounts
Limited hour account
users will not be billed in time increments for time used under their monthly
limit. They will be billed the posted amount for time used above that limit.

SkyPoint's
Policy on CGI Scripting
SkyPoint supports CGI
scripting on the sites we host, using either PERL 4 or PERL 5. These scripts
are allowed under the following conditions:
- Scripts are only allowed
on Commercial Web Sites
- Scripts must be reviewed,
approved, and in some cases installed by SkyPoint. If a script is installed
by SkyPoint, there will be a small installation fee. If a programmer has
done work for SkyPoint in the past, approval is assured unless something
far out of the ordinary is detected.
These conditions are
not imposed capriciously or to make money. Rather, we are seeking to protect
all our users from scripts that have the potential to cause disruptions across
the systen, whether these scripts be malicious or merely accidentally dangerous.
